Moving Through Change
2020 is certainly proving to be a year of new beginnings and opening expansive horizons that will be beneficial on all levels of existence. Have you caught your breath yet? Well, it's not over yet!
This year is filled with potentials and optimism, combined with a sense of forward movement. Many have been working on the inner levels for quite some time, and many are just awakening. Whether you're an old hand at this or you are just starting out, there is definitely a sense of re-structuring, and being downloaded with a whole new system with which to work. It's really a time to just BE. To see, feel, inspect what is new within you, to learn how to navigate your way in this new landscape. As time passes, you will gain a new found sense of confidence to move forward. This sense of confidence is required in us as we wade into a new decade that is bringing a lot of changes with it. As we feel more and more into this exciting adventure that lies ahead, I've heard many of my clients share their feelings of "Discombobulation", distraction, disorientation and disconnection. This happens when we go through a transformation within our physical body. The landscape looks and feels a little different to you and it's just a matter of focusing to find what has changed for you. Think of a radio and when the frequency of your favourite station has shifted, you need to find the new frequency so that you can tune in again.
We are all being prepared to take bigger steps forward, at a faster rate than ever before. Many are also experiencing intense emotions as they release all that no longer serves. The way to cope with this is to just sit with these emotions, they are not going to last forever. Acknowledge that this is what you are feeling in this now moment and accept that it is all part of the transformation taking place on the planet, as we are being prepared for the next level of LOVE. We are being prepared to step into living life from our heart. The time has passed when you had to know what these emotions are all about. The moment you start asking these questions, is the moment you shift into Ego Mind and you begin to create a story around it and it becomes a distraction, something you are looking at outside of you. Just let them be, allow them to pass through you, all you need to know is that this is an ever deepening process of release within you. As you shift and release, then the next level of your transformation comes to the surface and you begin to deal with that. This process allows us to access the oldest and lowest frequency parts of ourselves. It doesn't happen all at once, we all have to release in layers. After a time, you will find you become a better version of yourself, and everything will fall into place more easily. The path ahead will become smoother and things will begin to flow more in your life, your projects and all that you choose to do.
During these intense times, as always, it's important to take extra care in your self-love practice. Take time out if you feel you need to balance out. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed with everything that is going on the planet. Spend time in nature to ground, taking several deep breaths, I know it's hard, but make sure you are eating healthy, nourishing foods and drink plenty of water. Find ways to relax, maybe some gentle exercise, meditate or just find some quiet time for yourself to go within. Dance, sing, be playful or anything that feels good to you and be around people who support you. But most of all, be patient with yourself, accepting of how you feel in any given moment and let go of the judgement of "I should be doing this" or "I should be feeling that". Take a deep, cleansing breath and let go of the need to analyse what is going on for you. You are exactly where you are meant to be, experiencing the things that your Higher Self hand picked just for you, so that you may grow to your highest potential.
