DNA Awakening

Life is about constant change, transformation and continually expanding your vision of what is possible when you listen to your intuition. It requires courage as you meet your challenges, on this path of Ascension, that we as a collective have agreed to embark on.

You are exactly where you are meant to be, experiencing the things that have been hand picked by your Higher Self, which will enable you to learn, grow, move forward in your life story. A story of healing, courage, dignity, wisdom and sovereignty.
When the light is illuminating our most urgent issues, we can get the most profound insights. During these challenging times, we are asked to open up to the understanding of how to create our own reality. Any feelings of resistance, inflexibility,righteousness, feelings of separateness/disengaged or detached is going to undergo a massive transformation! 

In the mix, we have begun to align with cosmic energies, which has begun to awaken some dormant DNA strands to unlock the next stage of our human evolution. This means that once more there is an intensity in the energies and with that it brings changes to our cellular structure. Which in turn can bring up physical symptoms as feedback that these changes are truly happening as our physical form is once again stretched during this process.

This paves the way for increased spiritual growth and expanding ways of perceiving your environment, to align you with more of who you truly are. These changes make us aware of our responsibilities, like staying focused, being kind to ourselves, honouring your feelings and loving what comes up for you. The chaff will begin to separate from the wheat so to speak, and you will begin to see what is your truth and what is the illusion you are hanging onto. You will begin to see the threads that connect you to others, that your choices and decisions affect everyone and that we have a global responsibility to this reality.

How does this translate into everyday life? 
- Firstly, your body is undergoing a tremendous recalibration, support it by eating good, wholesome food, drink plenty of water, get lots of rest and give yourself some space where you can reflect.

- What is yearning to be let go? Love what comes up for you, even if it's not your best side, to integrate it there can be no resistance, just love.

- The more you implement positive thoughts and emotions into your day to replace those negative thoughts that are nothing more than old habits, they are not you, the more you can expect the most benevolent outcome to the challenges that arise in life.

These strong energies will take us through into 2020 and it is really important to focus on how you take care of yourself (read self-love). The more you self-love, the more you will be in the flow and the easier (and faster) you will see your dreams falling into place to create the reality you've always wanted. 

As you move forward in your evolution, so does your body in its own evolution, moving from the 3D glucose dependant cellular structure to a 5D structure, one that is crystalline in nature and holds higher levels of Light. We are in times of rapid and advanced molecular and DNA changes, activating increased re-coding and re-structuring of every molecule of physical matter on this planet.
